This is not a call for violence, simply an expression of myself dealing with what is happening all over the country. America is the melting pot, IMMIGRANTS MAKE AMERICA BETTER.

The news is everywhere, avoiding it is impossible. Everyone knows what this administration is doing to immigrants in America is inhumane and wrong. Sometimes it feels like posting about it or even just talking about is not helping and just stressing people out but the fact that we can afford to ignore the things going on shows how much privilege we have.
It is crazy to think how big the parallels between the start of the National Socialist German Workers party and the way that this administration is moving. Everyday people in power lie to protect even more powerful people. Like c’mon everyday new names, and still nothing.
A-lot of times we stay silent because we don’t feel the effect of the injustices being done first hand or right away. If it can happen to your neighbor it can happen to you.
I’m hoping that there is a shift soon. It’s scary to think someone could be taken away for being brown, looking foreign or having an accent. Doesn’t matter whether you’re a citizen or not anymore if you’re too dark and don’t comply with conflicting demands, odds are we will be killed or taken into custody. The Nazis never told the world what they were doing, it was “found out” only after the war, but there were signs that were just ignored and that is the reason it went on so long. Do not ignore the signs.
This is scary times we are living through but that does not mean we should stay silent.
See something say something, record everything. Keep records of everything you see, history will be written and erased so we must keep track of things happening around us.
